See All ReviewsThe pho here is absolutely amazing. I just came back from Vietnam, and I can honestly say this is as authentic as it gets. The broth was rich, clear, and full of deep flavor—exactly the way real pho should be. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the meat was fresh and tender, and everything came together beautifully. One sip of the soup took me right back to Vietnam. If you’re looking for true, authentic pho—not watered down or Americanized—Pho 16 in Royal Palm Beach is the real deal. Highly recommended. 🍜
I religiously get their coffee everyday, it's the best coffee i've ever had! Don't like coffee? They have a great selection of other fun drinks like taro, thai, and green tea. Their food ontop of that is amazing. Vegan friendly here, they have a vegan pho that is to die for with generous portions. Also, the most timely restaurant I've ever eaten at and the staff is incredibly sweet and welcoming. I tell everyone about this place, give it a try!
It was pretty good overall. I got combination Pho. They were out of tripe so they gave extra meatballs at my request. I personally prefer a more boldly spiced broth but it was good. What I really liked and probably the reason I will come back is the vegetarian & Chicken spring rolls. Most Vietnamese restaurants have pork in their spring rolls. On a side note their menu says egg rolls but the wrappers are spring rolls. Ambience was ok with a few decorations and plants. What was annoying was the music, because there was clearly two radios going at once playing completely different music. Both were about the same volume so you could clearly hear two different things at the same time.
